He has held senior leadership roles within BAE SYSTEMS and in smaller manufacturers, where he was responsible for making everything from rocket motors to synthetic diamonds. David is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF and works with leaders and entrepreneurs to bring out their full potential to create fulfilling and purposeful careers. David is an ambassador for the UK’s leading voice on employee engagement ‘Engage for Success’ and runs a network of cultural change practitioners within manufacturing.
