Adam Durrant has over 24 years of banking experience, including 12 years at HSBC and 12 years helping grow Metro Bank from start-up to serving 3 million customers. He has led teams launching new territories and developed game-changing banking propositions. Currently serving as Local Director for Metro Bank, he chairs the Harrow BID comprising 240+ businesses. His achievements include successfully navigating economic challenges affecting businesses and individuals, developing teams, and promoting talent. He also contributes as a Young Enterprise Board Member in High Wycombe and football coach.
