As President of Europe, she has driven strategic growth across key UK cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Bristol. Under her leadership, Cortland manages over 35,000 homes across Britain. Previously at Lendlease, she held senior positions including COO, CFO, and Managing Director of Investment Management, delivering major projects like Elephant Park, the 2012 Olympics Athletes’ Village, and Milano Santa Giulia in Italy.
