Andrew Gaule is the CEO of Aimava and a leading advisor on AI, corporate venturing, and strategic innovation. He has worked with global businesses, funds, and universities to drive AI adoption and business model transformation. Andrew also facilitates executive education programmes and hosts the podcast Gaule’s Question Time.
Cilla McKay is an experienced transformation consultant who helps organisations navigate complex change, leadership alignment, and people development. She brings a practical approach to culture and strategy, grounded in behavioural science and senior leadership coaching.
