What does it take to turn one moment of compassion into a movement that is still changing lives 25 years later?
This month we welcome Nancy Mudenyo Hunt, Founder and CEO of The Nasio Trust, our OxBucks charity partner, in its 25th anniversary year. What began with helping one child in western Kenya has grown into a community-led organisation delivering education, healthcare and sustainable livelihoods.
In One Step at a Time: From One Child to a Movement, Nancy shares the leadership lessons from 25 years of building Nasio, and from the 250km of the Camino de Santiago she walked on a leadership sabbatical this year. Including why, sometimes, the bravest decision is to step away.
Running through the whole morning is the 10% shift: small, consistent steps rather than giant leaps.
